GROXEN MARKETPLACE

These Client Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the GROXEN marketplace platform operated by GROXEN.
1. DEFINITIONS
Platform means GROXEN website/app. Company means GROXEN. Client/Customer means any buyer using the Platform. Vendor means independent seller. Product means goods listed by Vendors. Order means confirmed purchase.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Customer must be at least 18 years old, legally competent, and provide accurate information.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Customers must provide accurate details, keep credentials confidential, and report unauthorized access.
4. PLATFORM NATURE
GROXEN operates as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers and generally acts as a technology facilitator.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product information is provided by Vendors. Images are illustrative and specifications may vary.
6. PRICING
Prices may include applicable GST and are subject to correction in case of errors.
7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Orders may be cancelled due to stock shortages, fraud checks, payment failures, legal restrictions, or technical issues.
8. PAYMENT
Payments may be made through UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or COD where available.
9. GST INVOICE
GST invoices shall be issued by the Vendor or GROXEN wherever legally applicable.
10. DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond control.
11. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.
12. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Failed delivery attempts may result in return of the shipment.
13. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch subject to platform policy.
14. RETURN & REFUND
Returns and refunds shall be governed by the GROXEN Return & Refund Policy.
15. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Certain categories such as perishables, groceries, hygiene items, customized products, and digital goods may not be returnable.
16. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers shall use the Platform lawfully and provide accurate information.
17. FRAUD PREVENTION
GROXEN may verify identities, cancel suspicious orders, and report fraudulent activities.
18. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Fake identities, hacking, abuse, fake reviews, coupon misuse, and unlawful activities are prohibited.
19. USER REVIEWS
Reviews must be genuine, lawful, and respectful.
20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform content remains the property of GROXEN.
21. COMMUNICATION
Customers consent to transactional communications through SMS, email, WhatsApp, and notifications.
22. PRIVACY
Personal data shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GROXEN shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
24. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
25. TERMINATION
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations or fraud.
26. INDEMNITY
Customers agree to indemnify GROXEN against losses arising from misuse of the Platform.
27. DISCLAIMER
Products are supplied by independent Vendors unless otherwise specified.
28. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
29. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably and thereafter through arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, subject to consumer rights.

32. AMENDMENTS
GROXEN may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
