GROXEN
LOGISTICS & RIDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Purpose
These Terms govern logistics partners, delivery riders, and fleet personnel engaged with GROXEN.
2. Eligibility
Riders must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance, and all legally required documents.
3. Independent Status
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, riders/logistics partners act as independent service providers and not employees of GROXEN.
4. Onboarding
Identity verification, KYC, background checks, bank details, and vehicle verification may be required.
5. Delivery Obligations
Accept assigned deliveries, handle packages with care, follow delivery instructions, maintain professional conduct, and comply with applicable laws.
6. Prohibited Conduct
No theft, tampering, fake deliveries, intoxication, harassment, discrimination, misuse of customer data, or fraudulent activity.
7. Pickup & Delivery
Riders must verify pickup details, obtain proof of delivery where applicable, and report delivery issues promptly.
8. Payments
Earnings, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and settlement cycles shall be governed by GROXEN policies.
9. Cash on Delivery
COD collections must be deposited and reconciled as instructed. Shortages or fraud may lead to recovery and legal action.
10. Vehicle Responsibility
Riders are responsible for maintenance, fuel, permits, insurance, and roadworthiness of their vehicles unless otherwise agreed.
11. Safety
Riders must wear helmets and safety gear, obey traffic laws, and avoid unsafe driving.
12. Customer Service
Riders shall behave courteously and protect customer privacy.
13. Confidentiality
Business information, customer details, and platform information must remain confidential.
14. Data Protection
Personal data shall be processed according to applicable Indian laws and GROXEN privacy practices.
15. Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, repeated violations, safety concerns, poor performance, or legal non-compliance.
16. Liability
Riders are liable for losses caused by negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct, subject to applicable law.
17. Insurance
Riders must maintain legally required vehicle insurance. Any additional insurance shall be governed by GROXEN policy.
18. Force Majeure
Delays caused by events beyond reasonable control shall be excused.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
20. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be resolved amicably, failing which they may be referred to arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, without affecting statutory rights.
