2. Information We Collect from Delivery Partners
- Identity & Background Data: Full name, phone number, government ID (Aadhaar/PAN), driving license, vehicle registration, and profile photograph.
- Continuous Real-Time Location: Real-time background and foreground GPS location when on-duty to assign nearby orders, optimize delivery routes, and provide live customer tracking.
- Earnings & Payout Information: Trip histories, delivery task incentives, bonus records, and linked bank/UPI payout details.
3. Purpose of Data Collection
- To assign nearby delivery tasks efficiently based on real-time location.
- To provide customers and vendors with real-time delivery tracking and estimated arrival times.
- To verify driving credentials and maintain logistics safety standards.
- To calculate trip distances, calculate incentives, and disburse weekly payouts.
4. Real-Time Location Privacy
Background location tracking is active ONLY when the delivery partner sets their status to 'ONLINE / ON-DUTY'. Setting status to 'OFFLINE' immediately stops active location broadcast.
